　　新京報訊 (記者吳敏)記者昨日從北京銀行獲悉，該行已在國內開通首家直銷銀行，通過虛擬網路和線下網點的結合，實現按需求、不間斷提供金融服務，成為國內第一家「不下班的銀行」。

　　北京銀行稱，其直銷銀行模式與其境外戰略合作夥伴荷蘭ING集團深度合作，實現「互聯網平台+直銷門店」立體服務。

　　北京銀行線上渠道由互聯網綜合營銷平台、網上銀行、手機銀行等多種電子化服務渠道構成；線下渠道採用便民直銷門店，其中布放VTM、ATM等各種自助設備，以及網上銀行、電話銀行等多種自助操作渠道。

　　在服務流程上，客戶業務全流程辦理可自助在線完成，客戶可掌握業務處理進度和時間。銀行呼叫中心會在客戶操作遇到疑問時以多種形式為客戶提供後台支持服務。北京銀行稱，直銷銀行的服務目標就是要讓曾經專業化的金融服務變成可由客戶自己「搞定」的普通服務。
