上周五晚上，白宮剛剛拒絕了一份來自汽車公司的請愿書。后者在請愿網站上表明公司希望美國政府允許tesla公司在美國50個州將車直接銷售給消費者。該請愿書于去年6月5日出現在了網站上，一個月內就獲得了10萬個簽名。但最終tesla公司得到一封拒信。接到拒信的當天tesla公司稱白宮的態度“令人失望”，政府表現得很“膽小”。
