民生銀行與阿里巴巴的八項合作計劃包括資金清算和結算、信用卡發行、信用卡結算、財富管理、直銷銀行、信用證書、信息技術及網絡融資平臺，當中或涉交叉銷售。

民生銀行與阿里巴巴的八項合作計劃包括資金清算和結算、信用卡發行、信用卡結算、財富管理、直銷銀行、信用證書、資訊技術及網絡融資平臺，當中或涉交叉銷售。

大和發表報告指，是次合作的最大效益乃優化民生銀行的業務渠道和壯大其客戶基礎。截至去年底，民生銀行於全國的分行數目為702間，未來在阿里巴巴的技術支援下，可開拓電子服務平臺如網上銀行和移動銀行，為民行矢志成為內地首屈一指的移動銀行服務供應者奠下基礎。

另外，民行亦會推出社區銀行計劃，以增加其零售客戶數量，藉此增加與結算費用和儲蓄存款有關的收入。

撇除數據共用的監管風險，大和上調民生銀行2013-2015年的每股盈利及費用收入預測，前者增加3-4%，後者則增7%，維持「跑贏大市」投資評級，目標價由9.6元上調至10.6元，市帳率1.4倍。(J)
