蔣任宏：可逐步拒絕個別行業直銷電話 - 雅虎香港

私隱專員蔣任宏認為，將人對人電話直銷納入電子訊息拒收登記冊，毋須「一刀切」，可先拒絕個別行業，例如市民收很多有關借貸來電，可先拒絕財務公司直銷電話。他說如果擔心帶來就業問題，亦可將過渡期延長，認為可想辦法處理，不應原地踏步。

蔣任宏在一個電視節目形容，香港電子訊息拒收登記冊，不包括人對人電話是畸形發展，新加坡今年一月，設立 電子訊息拒收登記冊，已一次過將傳真、短訊、人對人電話納入規管。

蔣任宏又建議，直銷行業提升形象，推出認證，獲認證公司可爭取有特定電話字頭，令市民知道有關字頭打出的電話，有一定專業操守。
